The health and safety of our customers and dealership staff are critical to us. Alta INFINITI has implemented measures with the guidance received from local and federal health authorities to aid in the prevention of COVID-19. As the pandemic continues to interrupt almost every facet of our lives, INFINITI Canada and Alta INFINITI have stepped up and taken precise measures to support our establishment and surrounding communities. For our customers, who need to help with any financial hardships that may be facing in these unprecedented times, we are offering up to 5 months of lease payments to our current owners and up to 3 months of lease payments to new customers. To add extra relief, we have also provided 0% financing for 72 months on most models and two years of pre-paid maintenance. INFINITI retail services are available, however, with guidelines put into place for the safety and health of our visitors. Employees have also received guidelines to help address their respective situations. We are the preferred INFINITI dealer in Woodbridge, Ontario, with the privilege of also servicing our surrounding communities in Toronto, Brampton, Vaughan Area (Kleinburg, Maple, Thornhill), and Etobicoke.

We understand that the current environment may have placed financial hardship on many of you; however, INFINITI and INFINITI Financial Services, in coordination with Alta INFINITI, have developed arrangements for our current owners. We implore you to reach out to us so we can better understand your situation. We will then ask you to reach out to INFINITI Financial Services by email to ifcustomer.service@infiniticanada.com with your full name, contact information, and vehicle identification number (VIN). They will review your information and get back you in a timely manner. We are currently offering up to 5 months of lease payments on us for our loyal customers if you believe it will provide relief let us know as soon as possible.

As of March 16th, like many other industries, the automotive industry in Canada abided by guidelines set out by federal and provincial health officials. To ensure the safety of our employees, Alta INFINITI directed our staff who were able to work remotely to do so until future notice.
